Additionally, we produce technical compounds for different rubber companies. We have a technical drawing team and an R&D laboratory that can offer solutions to all customers according to their needs. Polka is a self-sufficient brand in rubber production with its own molding, compounding, and pressing facilities.

In the thermal insulation barrier group, POLKA produces thermal insulation barriers, an indispensable part of the aluminum profile sector, to world standards. With its experience in polyamide products, POLKA has brought quality to the highest level. One of the main features that distinguish and highlight POLKA thermal insulation barriers from competitors is their high heat resistance, which ensures they maintain their shape and insulation properties during anodizing. Besides the dozens of barrier molds available at POLKA, special molds are also produced according to customers' systems.

In plastic injection products, POLKA has become a globally recognized brand in tunnel segment connection elements. In addition to these products, we also produce high-strength glass fiber-reinforced plastic products. Standard plastic injection products are also produced within POLKA with custom molds according to needs.
